You were the light that guided me from my Hell,
The light that pulled me up from where I fell.
You saved me when I had no courage and you had it all,
You picked me up and showed me again how to walk tall.
With your neddle and your thread,
You fixed my heart, I thought it dead.
You held me close and held me tight,
Until dawn and the end of devilish night.
You whisper to me "I love you",
And in my heart I feel it's true.
I know with you I've found my place,
And I see it in the smile on your face.
The end of winter has now come,
And with you I see spring's new sun.

I stand corrected. You ARE capable of writing something that isn't bitter, or at least brooding

Dead sweet :D

But that was the problem with my dreams. They were always too realistic.

I’ll stick to my faux crème doughnut instead of my chocolate fondant
